[한수빈] 기존 프로젝트에 홈 화면 UI 적용 ... ddfe827a93

- MainCanvas/HomePanel로 화면 추가
- PopupCanvas/SettingPopup으로 홈화면의 설정 팝업 추가
- PopupCanvas/PopupBlocker로 뒷 배경 클릭 안 되는 패널 추가
- 추후 TopMenuPanel에 홈 화면 돌아가기 커맨드 내용 다시 추가 예정 (충돌 이슈로 스태시 해둠)
